Our support team strive to answer emails within 1-2 business days (but usually faster!) and work business hours in New Zealand:
- 9am-5pm Monday-Friday in New Zealand. Please note that due to time zone differences, it means that when it is Friday in the USA, it is Saturday in New Zealand.
- They do not work New Zealand public holidays.

Please note that 1-1 support is not included with a membership to The Ecomm Clubhouse however if you are having technical issues such as:
- You have forgotten your login details.
- You are having issues with payments.
